WHY OUR TEACHER TRAINING?

The Yoga Energy Studio offers a comprehensive Teacher Training program for aspiring teachers and dedicated students of yoga. Upon completion students will earn a Yoga Alliance 200+ hours certification in Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga.  Classes will be held 2 to 3 weekends a month.  Our Tuition is the least expensive in the Tampa Bay area. 

     We are the lowest priced in this area - why?  Because we want all students to improve their practice and thereby extend the opportunity of yoga to others.  The quality of the training will not be compromised - you will learn the same other trainings offer - with more variety offered.

A few of the reasons we are different:

     Our teacher training will expose the students to more than one type of yoga.  The student will sample different practices so that once completed the student will be a well-rounded and well-versed yoga teacher. 

     You will learn the foundations of the asanas as well as how to modify them, when to modify and be able to sequence poses into a yoga series.  

     You will know how to run your yoga business - whether it is owning a studio or being an independent yoga teacher.

     We will bring in Yoga Masters and experts in various yoga lifestyles.  

     You will be exposed to various alternative therapies that complement yoga.
