This will be a six week yoga class specific to Runners. Improve your running performance and endurance. Doing this series may also help you prevent injuries from running,
With this series you will stretch, strengthen and balance your whole body. You will improve with each session.
You will build your muscular endurance. Strong, flexible runners rarely injure themselves. Yoga offers all of these advantages to runners by making you stronger and teaching your body to function as a whole. Your body will be in balance.
Yoga will improve your stamina as well as your overall performance.
Join this yoga series and run, run, run.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: There are no refunds, partial refunds or cancellations once the program has started. Cancellation prior to the start of the program will be refunded 100% minus a processing fee of $20.
