Our yoga combines a flow type series in a heated room (100+). The sessions combine deep breathing, strength & balance, stretching and a "cool down".  We pride ourselfs on being a fitness yoga studio.  There is no chanting, sanskrit words, or philosophy offered as part of our classes.  Just hot dynamic fitness yoga. Our classes give you a total workout that is fun to do and powerfully effective.  Each class is a little different so you are challenged and you get fitter faster and maintain your fitness longer.  Arrive early, space is limited. 
Bring at least two towels.

OPEN CLASSES ON A "PAY WHAT YOU CAN" BASIS 

PAY WHAT YOU CAN?????  How does it work? It doesn't mean free, instead of setting a fixed fee for classes, we're asking you to pay what you can.  The teacher, studio fees, and space rental will be paid out of the total amount received each class. We have a suggested donation of $8 - $15 per class.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I PRACTICE YOGA??? & WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS IF I PRACTICE MORE?

 YES was renovated while being environmentally friendly.  YES does its best to use materials that are not harmful to our environment.  The floors are enviro-friendly cork.  Walls are painted with low volatile organic compound paints.  Energy efficient bulbs are used.  And there are recycling baskets available. We had the city install bike racks so students ride bikes instead of cars. YES hopes to keep its impact on the environment minimal, while encouraging others to do the same.
