Monday, Wednesday & Friday 6a - 7am

Commit to this six week yoga intensive and develop a strong, healthy body and mind as well as a strong yoga practice.   This is a vigorous workout intended to challenge you to your core, maximize your fitness goals and focus your energy.

Classes are held for six consecutive weeks on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6am to 7am.  Yoga Boot Camp is intensive with a commitment to the six week program.  If a class is missed, make up classes are not offered (unless YES cancels the class). 

You will see results from your first class. Each class you will invigorate, rejuvenate and energize yourself.  Everyone will change in different ways.   But, you will notice changes. 

Limited Space Available: To maximize everyone's experience space is limited. Advanced registration and payment is required.  Registrations are on a first come first serve basis.  Call 727-895-9593 to register.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:  There are no refunds, partial refunds or cancellations once the program has started.  Cancellation prior to the start of the program will be refunded 100% minus a processing fee of $20.
