Maybe you will train on the VibraFlex Vibrating Platform; the Vortex Pro-Trainer; the Gravity Training System; the Exo-Skeletal Trainer; free weights; stability tools; medicine balls; bands; Yoga; on our Bouldering wall; or, even Kayaking; or several of them in the same day. SMALL GROUP TRAINING (By Appointment Only)
Classes held Mon, Wed, Fri at 9:00am
Tues & Thu - 4:00pm and 6:00pm
Saturday - 9:00am
