To be held at Madeira Beach Resort, 13235 Gulf Blvd, Madeira Beach FL
This course outlines the subtle anatomy as it applies on our physical, astral, and causal bodies.
- You will learn about the subtle centers in the brain and spine that regulate the physical, emotional and psychic flows of energy through our body.
- You will discover how the meridians are visible currents flowing through the connective tissues of our body.
- You will understand the physical locations and the related organs and systems of the chakras and meridians.
- You will also understand the emotions they express and the mental characteristics they embody.
- You will come to understand how the "gap" is bridged through the physical existence of our very own energy vortex, the Assemblage Point.
The fundamental premise of hatha yoga is that these energies need to be brought into our awareness and control in order to achieve health and happiness.
- You will learn specific physical and energetic practices to develop this awareness and control.
- You will learn how to shift and relocate the Assemblage Point to improve mental and physical performance.
Participants already registered with the Yoga Alliance will receive 20 CEUs.
