SUP, is a surface water sport, a new kind of "surfing".  SUP uses a paddle to move through the water while standing on a Board. It offers an entirely new vantage point with gorgeous views as you stand up and paddle on a comfortable long board. 

Stand Up Paddle Boarding is like doing Yoga on the Water.  Your balance and flexibility are a big part and it is relaxing and reduces stress. 

There is no impact and it improves balance, strength, coordination and endurance.
