Tim Ganley, Owner and Fitness Director developed Strength & Movement Fitness™/Strength & Movement Training™ because he is passionate about the advancement of health and fitness. Before the buzzwords "core" and "functional" were introduced to the world, Tim had been incorporating those same principles to train his clients. His revolutionary series of progressive resistance movements increases strength, builds stamina and improves flexibility.
What Strength & Movement Does:
