Tim Ganley, Owner and Fitness Director developed Strength & Movement Fitness™/Strength & Movement Training™ because he wants to see being fit become a priority for everyone. Tim was incorporating "core" and "functional" exercises before the ideas were introduced to the world. His revolutionary series of progressive resistance movements increases strength, builds stamina and improves flexibility.
What Strength & Movement Does:
- Provides an integrated approach to strength training. Our programs focusing on exercising the whole body together instead of working muscles in isolation as with conventional strength training. We multi-task your muscles. Core stability is crucial - Every movement you make originates in the core - whether you are reaching for your toothbrush or running a marathon.

- Focuses a variety of exercises that work on strength, flexibility, balance, core, coordination, cardio/respiratory endurance, speed and power. Thereby building a strong body. S&M gives you great OVERALL fitness.
- Emphasizes quality of movement over the quantity of movement. You will progress from workout to workout and you will steadily increase your strength, flexibility, core, and endurance. Strength & Movement Training™ works out all areas of the body at the same time including exercising the heart (weight training only builds muscles)
