Tim Ganley, Owner and Fitness Director developed Strength & Movement Fitness™/Strength & Movement Training™ because he wants to see being fit become a priority for everyone. Tim was incorporating "core" and "functional"  exercises before the ideas were introduced to the world.  His revolutionary series of progressive resistance movements increases strength, builds stamina and improves flexibility.

Classes held Mon, Wed, Fri at 9:00am
Tues & Thu - 4:00pm  (Sorry, 6:00pm is full) 
Sat - 9:00am
