YOGA Dynamic Restorative /Yin Yoga
Restorative yoga uses props so that the body can be relaxed. This yoga is slow paced and poses are often held for a long period of time, making it ideal for helping people recover from injury and stress. Yin Yoga is a practice of long held floor postures that emphasize the connective tissues of the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine. The Yin practice is a powerful complement to your more active yoga practice

COME AND BE CHALLENGED. LET THE SWEATING BEGIN. Hot Yoga is a series of yoga poses done in a heated room. The room is usually maintained at a temperature of 95-100 degrees. Poses are in a vinyasa - flow. This class incorporates postures from various disciplines of yoga. Majority of poses are core related. Prepare by drinking plenty of water and dressing in light clothing. The hottest workout in St. Pete. FOR ALL LEVELS. Bring 2 towels to class.

Flow class is an energizing practice focusing on union of breath with the physical practice.
Flow encourages you to work at your pace tying your breath to the poses and focusing on bringing your practice within.

Thank you all for making YES a success and filling our classes. I am sorry for not having enough space and to the people we had to turn away. We are adding another Hot Core (Pay What You Can) on Tuesday's 8pm. Class starts August 9th. Hope to see you at this class too. We wanted this to be your place to practice yoga, again, we can't thank you enough. We are always open to your suggestions.

We do request that you arrive early, take your shoes off when entering, turn your phone off, and that you avoid wearing perfumes or other fragrances. Most of all, have fun! There is no judgement, no fashion show, no one having a practice better than anyone elses - just a great workout and great people. Come to class regularly, arrive a little early and talk with the other students. Have fun and enjoy the practice!
Please do not bring food into the yoga studio. Water only - in a closed container - is persmissable. Thank you for your cooperation in this area.
YES is not responsible for personal property brought into studio, so please be aware of your belongings. Any property left over 3 weeks will be donated to charity.
