SB 90 FITNESS
SB 90 is about getting the results you want. Going on this program is a commitment, but the results will make the effort worthwhile. When you complete the SB 90 you will:

- Know what your body needs to stay fit and healthy

SB 90 THERMIC
For the entire 90 days you will be eating thermic meals and exercising. Thermic meals are a portioned combination of protein, carbohydrates and fat. The plan involves eating three meals a day and two to three snacks every day. Why? Because this is the best way to burn fat, avoid overeating, maintain balanced blood sugar and insulin levels, and stay energized. Eating and/or not eating affects hormone levels, and when you skip meals, your body releases a hormone that can cause you to lose muscle, not fat.
With this program you're getting overall body strengthening, core, flexibility and cardio all in 30 to 45 minutes of training. You will be working with certified fitness experts and registered yoga teachers who will guide you through the fitness part. They will be with you the entire way.
