TIM GANLEY FITNESS offers PERSONAL TRAINING and group training sessions which include: Strength & Movement training; core training; yoga; active isolated stretching; breath work, etc. We believe in challenging you so your whole body and mind benefit from exercise.

Our programs will increase your strength, flexibility and control by improving your performance of all your physical activities.  We provide "integrative fitness" by achieving optimal functioning of the entire body, mind and spirit.
