Pregnancy is a wonderful stage in a woman's life and it is important to be and stay in optimum health during this time for the sake of mother and baby.

During your nine months toward motherhood, many physical and emotional changes occur. Being pregnant is hard enough, but by being fit and healthy you can make it much easier on yourself.

 Whether you are new to exercise or you have been exercising right along, you can still get out there and get some active exercise. After you get your Doctor's OK, daily exercise will increase your chances of having an easier labor and delivery and a quicker post-partum recovery. Your baby will be healthier and calmer.
