What is Total Body Conditioning? Total Body Conditioning is for all fitness levels and is designed to build a functional base of strength. Various resistance-training techniques are used to improve muscular strength, endurance, develop muscle definition and elevate the body's metabolism by increasing lean muscle mass.
What is different between Ganley's Fitness and a gym? Muscles are meant to work together. At a traditional gym the machines are about isolated movements, where our programs incorporate a variety of techniques to work multiple muscles at the same time.
How does Strength & Movement differ from bodybuilding? Strength & Movement is about achieving total body fitness through an integrated approach that works the body as a whole. Strength & Movement provides for a fit and toned body. Bodybuilding is about achieving big muscles through isolated movements.
How can I get personalized training in a small group? Small group training offers you a chance to interface with a Personal Trainer at a very affordable price. The small group training limits the number of participants from 2 to 6. And because the sessions are small enough your trainer will follow the same principles of a one-on-one personal training session and give you individualized attention.
What program packages are available? We have several program packages. We offer one-on-one fitness training, small group training, partner training and one-on-one yoga training. Packages provide for individualized programs that include general fitness, strength training, core training and nutritional coaching.
Do I have to sign a contract? We do not have any contracts. We only ask you to complete a form with your information and a waiver.

What equipment does the studio have? We are equipped with the latest and most effective training equipment. There have Vortex Pro-Trainers that provide training for the entire range of motion; Gravity Training System where you will work more than one muscle group at a time; the Vibraflex, a whole body vibration system that optimizes your training time for a more productive and efficient workout (the training machine the stars are raving about). Plus we have free weights, stability tools, medicine balls, bands, kettlebells and bouldering.
Can you do training for groups outside the Studio? Yes, we can bring our fitness programs to your home, your office, and your neighborhood center.
