SIX WEEK FITNESS INTENSIVE
IN KEEPING UP WITH THE CHANGING TIMES we are changing to provide an Exclusive Fitness Yoga Series and Strength & Movement Group Fitness sessions.
YES is pleased to announce an innovative way to commit to changing you and taking yourself to be the healthiest and fittest ever. We are introducing what we call Fitness Yoga. We have devised a series of intensives that will take athletes as well as non-athletes to the next level of fitness. Fitness Yoga is a series of personalized yoga sessions in a group setting.
If you are not living in the body you love, now's the time to commit, now's the time to pursue a fit and healthy lifestyle. One or a combination of, our various series will get you in the best shape of your life and you will have fun doing so with one of our fitness plans:
We guarantee our training will work for you. You can succeed if you know how and commit to the program. It will absolutely work. Well, under one condition - that you follow through on the program, commit and take responsibility.
YOGA BOOT CAMP - Ordinary is Boot Camp – Extra Ordinary is Yoga Boot Camp. This is a six week yoga intensive series. This is about an intensive, challenging yoga series that will bring you to the next level. M/W/F 6a-7a. $180.00. Click to find out more info
YOGA FOR RUNNERS (OR ANY ATHLETE) - This will be a six week yoga class specific to Runners. It will improve energy, power, flexibility and athletic performance. Practicing yoga aids in the ability to prevent or heal injuries, improve performance increasing physical endurance, core strength, and range of motion.

On the day of the race, we can be hired to come to the race and perform running specific stretches to enhance your speed, endurance and performance.
CORE YOGA BOOT CAMP - By committing to this six week yoga boot camp you will develop a strong core, a healthy body and calmer mind as well as a strong yoga practice. This will be a vigorous workout intended to challenge you to your “core”, maximize your fitness goals and focus your energy. M/W/ 6:05p – 7:20p and Fri 6:05p to 7:05p. $180.00. STRENGTH & MOVEMENT TRAINING - Want to see faster results? Combine a six week S&M program with the Core Yoga, Yoga for Runners, or Yoga Boot Camp program and train for 5 days. S&M provides an integrated approach to strength training, focusing on exercising multiple muscles together instead of working muscles in isolation. Strength & Movement focuses a variety of exercises that work on strength, flexibility, balance, core, coordination, cardio/respiratory endurance, speed and power.
