It's about focusing on the core not just abs!

 By committing to this six week yoga boot camp intensive you will develop a strong, healthy body and a strong yoga practice.  This will be a vigorous workout intended to challenge you to your “core” and  maximize your overall fitness.

 The classes Monday, Wednesday from 6:05p to 7:20p and Friday 6:05p to 7:-05p for $180.00.   The six weeks starts Monday,        and concludes on  Friday,    . 

Combine this series with six weeks of our Strength & Movement small group training and you will further tone, sculpt and lean your muscles. S&M groups are held on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from either 4:00p to 4:30p or 6:00p to 6:30p and Sat at 9a. 

Abdominal work is only part of the story. Even more essential to your core stability than a set of six-pack abs are tiny muscles that run along the spine and support the body's joints.  What really improves overall body fitness is the strength of these tiny muscles. They're the ones that keep you from falling, wrenching a disk in your back, or spraining your ankle when you slip.

In normal everyday activity and traditional exercise, larger muscles tend to do most of the work, so the small ones weaken from lack of use. However, when you do yoga movements you strengthen those tiny, overlooked muscles through the micro-movements you make to stabilize yourself.

 If the core muscles aren't strong, abdominal work could make matters worse by giving you a bigger belly instead of a flat tummy.  If you're strong in your core, you're strong in yourself.

Core yoga will make your big and tiny muscles strong.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:  There are no refunds, partial refunds or cancellations once the program has started.  Cancellation prior to the start of the program will be refunded 100% minus a processing fee of $20.
