Even though a series may say for runners or for tri-athletes or whichever sports, our series are an all around athletes' series. We are not really sports specific, more athletes specific. All athletes and non-athletes need core strength to accomplish their fitness goals and to do everyday actions. Whether beginner or advanced, our series will enhance everyone's performance. We have trained all types of athletes and have witnessed that sports specific doesn't describe what is required--it is, Athlete Specific. We train the same for all. Why? Because we are all "weak" in the same area (the core) and we overcompensate in other areas. And, the injuries were similar--it didn't matter the sport or activity. Our series are for every athlete, every non-athlete, for everyone who wants to be physically improved.
