The 21-Day Program

The goal of the 21 Day Program is to make exercise and eating right a habit . . . for life. It includes six half-hour one-on-one sessions with a Fitness Expert over the 21 days. You will be provided information on nutrition and the exercises you will do over the 21 days. You'll also receive a 21-Day  Exercise Guide that you can use for a lifetime. You'll find this 3-week journey to be a true breakthrough, a transition into a life where your body serves you, a place where the exercise habit is automatic, and best of all, a place where you're in complete control.

Within 3 weeks you will learn a healthy lifestyle. You will see, feel, and identify true measurable change in only 3 weeks. You will learn how to boost metabolism, to build muscle, to shape muscle, to improve balance and coordination, and to burn fat. You will learn to adjust the way you eat, think, and move. Whatever your fitness goal, you'll understand how to get there.

The program has application for the deconditioned as well as for the highest level athlete! The exercises can ALL be performed at home if you choose, and the power you'll amass over 21 days will astound you.
